Guild Wars account got hacked.

Dear Guild Wars/ArenaNet/NCSOFT 

I started playing GW in 2006 and bought all the campaigns. Since 2006 I worked my ass off crafting my armors, gathering materials ,standing at Lions Arch for hours to get that sword or scepter I wanted so badly,doing dungeons, farming, missions you name it!.

Yesterday I tried logging in and couldn't ,thought maybe I had forgotten my password so I reset it. I headed to the NC Soft website and placed a technical support claim. Once I finally managed to gain access to my account .Guess what ? I was hacked. They took my armor, items and platinum. I asked if my account had been hacked and NCSOFT support pretty much said they couldn't do a DAMN thing about it. "gold farmers gained accessed my account" I am so disappointed in the lack of security and the "oh well attitude". They gave me the same BS they give everyone "key loggers are inside your computer, scan it,change your password…" ok well ArenaNet/NC Soft why don’t you fix all the security flaws the game has before even thinking of adding more missions and whatnot. Focus on the real problem and save us ,your customers the anguish of going through this. I really hope you guys don’t make the same mistake with Guild Wars 2, a game that has been years in the making and all I see are trailers of how cool the game looks and how to buy your Char plushie.
